You could tie the anubias and some moss to the driftwood. Shrimp are big fans of moss. Also, dwarf four leaf clover should do well at the bottom. It doesn't need nearly as much light (or co2) as most ground cover. Just pop in a root tab or two under it and it should grow fine.
