1 sick fish

Help I have one sick fish he is now in QT tank temp is going up on display and QT he is showing no signs of anything that I can tell bit lays on his side at the surface of water. My display tank temp felled like 3 degrees overnight.

He also has been hiding in the rock for the past couple days. Treated with nox-ich. Should I hit him with some maracyn or wait

I think he is starting to feel better after a 10 drip of the one med.,1 packet of the other and taking the temp up 8 degrees. He is now swimming around ill leave him in the QT tank for a couple days just to make sure.
