Right now the tank is empty I have a aqua clear 20 eheim heater. And a air oump and stone. With terra cotta pot caves and plastic plants . I want only males right now but want to start breeding later. Any advice? How many males could go inside and be comfortable?

If you you don't want to sell any of the males you could start off with to then add 4 females later but you'd need a place for fry tho

Okay I thinking of possibly another 10 gLlon for fry or maybe two guppy tubs

Both options for housing the fry could work. In the bare tank, I would add floating plants for the fry to hide as soon as they are born.
