10 Gallon Rate? Ideas & Tips?

I have a 10 gallon with:
7 Neon Tetras and 1 Flame Dwarf Gourami

Im asking you guys to rate my tank on how it looks. Should I move stuff around? Add some stuff? I will probably be upgrading to a 20 gal. soon since I really want to add more fish & a 20 gal. is sold so cheaply in my LFS. What should I add if I get the 20 gal.?

I'm going to go ahead and say it's seriously mis-stocked and that 20 sounds much nicer
