10 gallon stocking ideas?

I have 2 10 gallon tanks and I'm thinking of what to stock them with?
Im considering maybe guppies or tetras (still deciding)
And maybe some cherry / ghost shrimp.
Any pros and cons of tetras/guppies/shrimp?
Any other species/suggestions would help!
I just love seeing colorful fish but the guppies are too **** aggressive (always chases females)

Also I know breeding tetras are hard but I'm gonna try to do it in one of my tanks. (That or guppies)
I know both of them sell relatively low
But which one is profitable (in terms of cost and time)

They are still juveniles. And they continue to grow colors! I had them since they were fry=)
