10 gallon sump build

Howdy guys, I've started a new project. I'm building a 10 gallon refugium for my 36 bow. So far nothing has been put together but I'm hoping to have most of it done later this week due to college exams. I'm pretty sure I've taken account for everything but suggestions and opinions are highly recommend! Here are the designs so far. I'll have an aqueon 3000 pump. All the rest is DIY. I'll be using 1-1/4" pvc for the plumbing

Sounds really good to me and it's putting thoughts in my mind about sticking one underneath my 65.

Well I changed the design a little. I'm not going to use pvc for the return. A buddy of mine brought up the point of vibration. Some I'm going to use some of that nylon tubing instead.

Well I've got the baffles siliconed. Its not the prettiest job but it should do
