Depends on what you want to spend.
-A HOB filter rated for 20-30 g. w/ GFO & carbon
-Sand (can go BB if you prefer that)
-LR/Base rock/combo
-nano powerhead(s)
-lighting (LED, T5 HO, PC). Since the tank would be short the light wouldn't cost too much
-test kits! (API for standard/okay accuracy and red sea or salifert are better, but more expensive)
-refractometer (or hydrometer)
-good quality salt mix
-Fish: 2-3 Small gobies (random ex. Hector's goby, clown goby, yasha goby), One firefish can be kept, but I think 2-3 fish total would be all for a 10
-coral:anything your light can support (4 bulb would grow prob. even some SPS)
