If it's incandescent, none really. You may try java moss if the tank gets any indirect sunlight.
 
but if it is incandescent it could be switched to cfl bulb. if you do switch it to a cfl bulb you can grow java fern moss anubias and other low light plants.
 
dont know much about lighting, can i tell the difference between them by looking at them, and if so what would i look for?

I use that same bulb on several of my nanos and find that I can grow medium lights without a problem and some of the higher light plants. The red rooted floaters turn a nice rosie color and bloom regularly with it.
 
so i found a light in my room that look like that it said it was a 13 watt light. is it okay to put on my ten gallon tank were a moved my anubia?
