12ft tank

Hey I'm looking into getting a custom made 12x3x3.5 ft tank just wondering if I would need to do anything to my floor as it would be very heavy I have tiles and house is on concrete slab anyone know anything?

if the tank will be on the concrete slab should be fine

You'll be fine if it's tile on slab, and in a main room. The only way to know for sure is an engineering core sample, and those can run $500-$1500 depending on your area.
Before you add water, make sure to run a long level over every part of the tank to make sure it's sitting level on all axis.
