2 aquarium ever. Help please?

Hi! I'm Janet. I was recently given a 55 gallon aquarium after 10 years living a fishless life and I'm a tad giant bit out of my league. I'm almost 3 weeks into cycling my tank. I have 7 fish and they are hardy and small. My ph is 8.2, ammonia is at .25, nitrites are at .50 ppm and nitrates are at 10-20 ppm. Can someone tell me how I'm doing?

You are doing good. I would do a 50% water change though.

I agree your doing great! Just keep up your water changes to keep the ammonia and nitrite levels down.
