First, one of my buenos aires tetras always has a clear fin until I get home and turn thee light on. It takes about 10 mins. And he is back to bright red again. its not params to my knowledge because it's am everyday thing and mine are good. Also, he is the one that does the chasing and nipping so I don't believe he is getting picked on. Any thoughts? Also, does a anyone kno how to sex them?

Many fuish lose their color when the lights are off. It is nothing to worry about.
