2 metre aquarium lighting

Hello,

I have a 2 metre freshwater aquarium. Looking to change to LED, looking to spend roughly £250 on some LED lights (can be second hand) which I am able to control via iphone.

Tank dimensions 78"x18"x24" (L x D x H)

It would be great if you guys would be able to put forward a few suggestions for me. I know the price is a bit cheap but this is why I am posting to see if I can get anything this cheap.

I hate to say it, but I don't think it's doable. That's just too small of a budget. If you wanted just the lights then maybe even though it's still tight for just viewing lights (not enough to grow plants). But adding the ability to control it through iphone is not gonna fit the bill.
