20 gallon cloudiness overload!!

Hey guys!!! just got a new 20 gallon tank set it up and put 8 oz of live nitrifying bacteria. The water is extremly cloudy. And my 40 gallon fillter is running full power. For 2 days. What should i do!?

When beginning cycling, there is often a bacterial bloom that clouds the water (this is not nitrifying bacteria). The tank should clear up in a few days.
