Good choice.
Good choice.
So this would be a good option?
Well, nothing really, just wanting the one with the best flow and the best filtration
It shoots bubbles into my tank and doesn't suck up any debris even though it should be strong enough.
How low do you keep your water level in the tank? The Aqueon is more than likely "shooting bubbles" as you put it because the return flow is dropping so aggressively due to a presumably low water level, it's causing extra "splashing" into the tank. I keep my water level high enough so that there is just a nice "rift" and ripple being shot across the surface of the water from my QuietFlow 55, and never had a problem with "excessive bubbles" doing it this way.
As for the debris problem, something else must be wrong with your filter -- whenever I take out the cartridges of my 55 to rinse and dunk them in removed tank water, there is always excess debris that comes off them...
I've tried being water level up super high and leaving it low. It does a great job of sucking up my plants though!
Yes, I picked the aqueous I haven't gotten the tank yet, I barely have 42 dollars, and I need 151 for everithing except the fish!, so I need to wait a while
Yea, really expensive, and like the 20 long does not come in a combo version, you know, the one that already comes with the filter, net, all that, so I have to buy everithing ind[/QUOTEi have to buy everything individually, so more expensive
