225g tank - Deal or No Deal?

What do you guys think about this deal? I would pay at least $225 because the tank is 225g (not 210 as advertised, I looked up the dimensions he gave). I like the available overflows and return holes.

If it's including the rock and coral and filtration then I'd jump on it. If it's just for the tank and stand I would check it out in person to see the condition.

Its just the tank only. Nothing else is included. How much would you pay for tank alone carey?

Depending on how good of shape the tank is in, maybe $200. Especially if the stand isn't included. :-(
