29G Tank African Cichlids, Tiger Barbs, Red Tailed Barbs And Zebra Dainos.

How big is that tank? Those tinfoil barbs grow pretty large. I would not advise keeping the barbs and danios together due to different water requirements and compatibility.

Thanks Bettaowner. No issues with the Zebras and Red tailed barbs. Will take advice and give them away or trade them to the LFS when they get too big. Water PH is at 8.0 and 0 nitrates. The crushed coral pretty much regulates the condition of the water. The zebras I have had for a little over a year.

Have you lost any danios?

No they don't even bother the Danios at all. They all eat at the same time no issues and all is well. The Cichlids of course rule the tank and are territorial but all the fish seem to get along.

Lost the Danios the Red Zebra could not resist. The little guys had a great life but the food chain wins again.

Sorry to hear that. this may be a good time to get rid of the big barbs. Really sorry to hear that.
