Help me find out why my snails/shrimps are dying

3 of 6 my Nerita Snail are died. Two I took back to the LFS. Only 1 still alive, but not active.

2 of 3 my Bamboo Shrimps are died 2-3 days later. Only 1 is still alive and active.

Ammonia/Nitrite are always 0. No strike at all.
Nitrate - 10. Some times 20 or more (when 2 snails are died).

pH 8.2
KH from 6 to 7.
GH from 161.1 to 179.

Water temp 24.5-25.5 in general. No less that 24 and no more 26.

Substance - Eco-Complete.
Decoration - Driftwood. No stone of fake plant at all.
Real plants.
Light 20W/29 gallon, 9h a day.
1 Almond Leaf (but the problem was before it).

My supply:
Seachem Excel (I overdose it sometimes 2x, but not often).
Seachem Flourish Comprehensive
Seachem Prime
Seachem Root Tabs (8-10 for 29 gallon)
API Leaf Zone
I also use the Melafix sometimes.

Filter Fluval C3 with Filter Floss.

I used medication only 2 times.
No-Planaria for about 2 weeks. Snails wasn't there. After I run the carbon filter for 1-2 days and add the snails. After I run 2 carbon for 2 weeks each and add the snails and shrimps.

API General Cure when snails and shrimps was there. But at REALLY small dose with the food.

Fish food:

Hikari Brine Shrimp (frozzen)
Spectrum Thera+
Sinking Wafers
Algae Wafers
TetraMin
Nutrafin Max
Omega One Freeze Dried Krill
NorthFin Premium fish food
Wardley Spirulina (oops, found cooper, but I use this food really rare).

Before died, Neritas eat the brown algue.

I acclimate them 15 min floating and 20-50 min add the water the time on time.

My fishes:
Haleq Raspboras
Small and peacefull Angelfish
Corydoras sterbai
Platy
Bolivian Ram (added after)

Can you help me find out what is the problem? There is no known cooper problem in my city.

Thanks!
