3 week old Tank not cycling

72 gallons RO/DI- 80 lbs live sand 15 lbs live rock 20 lbs dry rock- bottled bacteria.

3 weeks running with 2 clowns and 1 yellow tailed damsel with a few snails and hermits.

No sign of cycle. 0 ammonia, nitrites and nitrates????

No water changes yet, tests verified with a different kit.
checked water daily, didn't miss the spikes.

Any ideas my friends?

If the rock and sand were truly live and kept wet, that plus the bacteria added from the bottle was probably enough to support the three fish you added to the tank.

Yes but I would of expected to see some measurable nitratrs???

Nope, you won't see anything until you add life to the tank now.
