I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'tubes'. If you're talking about the bulbs, they're compact fluorescent bulbs, 96 watts a piece rated at 6700k. 2 switches (one per bulb)
The housing is aluminum.
Shipping varies between $15-$20 and between 4 days or a week transit depending on carrier.
