4 month old female guppy has wierde red spikes coming from birth hole

Shes not fully grown as she's only 4 months old, shes currently squared off with a maroon gravid spot not black. However out of her birth hole are 4 or 5 tiny red spikes around 2mm in size (2mm of them are visibly sticking out at-least) i have no idea whats going on. As her gravid spot is dark red/maroon and the spikes are red is it possible she is having red coloured bodied fry? She has blue and black colouring and the closest to red of all the males shes ever been with are orange coloured, so i don't know how she could have the genetics for bright red guppies... or if they even exist? Sounds crazy i know, any help would be appreciated, I tried taking a picture but they wouldn't show up.
