65 gallon marine aquarium

Greetings fellow enthusiasts! I have a 65 gallon marine tank that I would like to set up in my 3rd floor apartment. It will be on a load bearing wall, and carefully leveled. Tank PLACED perpendicular to the floor jousts. FOWLR, hang on the back power filter and hang on the back protein skimmer. Am I tempting fate, or should I be OK? Any and all advice is most welcome. If you're perp. To a load barring wall you should be ok but it will always be a gamble
