75 gal on a second floor

Hi, I’m upgrading to a 75 gallon soon. However, this tank will be on the second floor, and my parents have some justified concerns about the size. Has anyone kept a 75 on the second floor? Is there anything to suggest to help decrease the risk of any potential damages to the house?

Its fine unless your living in a tree house made by children. Make sure the stand is plumb and level.
