8gal switchover

Takin my 5 gal a little bigger.. Bought a 8 gal aqueon( couldnt afford biocube or jbj 6 gal ) i need to update light from stock ..suggestions?? Will b looking at a clamp type for rimless tank... I will b replacing cover asap( not glass..not sturdy?) have youtube vids on making media rack for it.. My bro nought one too for his mantis shrimp... He likes "critters" more than fishes.. Go figure
