90 Gallon Mixed Reef Build

You know, it might be a Ritteri. It was given to me by a local reef club member and it's known in the club as a Green Tip BTA. When I first put it in my tank, the tips did bubble up. They have never done that since.

It is probably a BTA the foot just looked a little more purple then you usually see on a GBTA. They don't always bubble up on the tips.

I had a green BTA. The one I have is much different. The tips are neon green and the base is purplish. All the green BTAs I've seen are a drab green.

Well maybe you do have a ritteri then. Try and get a more close up picture of it and post it up for people to look at.

The color is beautiful but it's coming real close to stinging my SPS colonies.. And we all know how long it takes to grow SPS colonies..

i've seen plenty of green bubble tips that are far from "drab". post a pic!
