90 gallon turtle tank

I have a 4 foot by 2 foot by 1 foot (deep) which was 90 gallon. I also have about a 30 gallon sump on the bottom. I currently have 2 small maps in a 30 gallon that I will be moving over once the 90 in cycled.but I was thinking of adding a yellow bellied slider too, would that be ok in a tank my size?
