A lighting question

What kind of plants could I grow with this on a 20 gallon high tank
Current USA Nova Extreme 24" 2x24W T-5 10,000K - Freshwater : T5 & HO-T5

Would this be considered to be high light

You'd be be on the upper end of medium with that one, possibly in high, you'd benefit greatly from co2 supplementation and regular fertilizer dosing assuming you have the plants to utilize it.

I don't really like using 10000k's in planted tanks, I like to stay more around 6500k, but they will work.

I have plants in the tank already.
I was hoping to add some higher light plants.
So hopefully that does the trick.

Yes that fixture will do well as far as light intensity goes. You should be able to grow most plants.
