Is there a low-light moss/grass I can use to add a nice layer of vegetation to the floor of my tank?

I like my plants that I have now, but they just look "placed in" simply because they are the only living things growing... =p

Java Moss is probably your main option. If you've got slightly better than low light you may be able to use one of the Marsilea species.

Best I've got at the moment is 1WPG. 30W in a 29G tank.

Can upgrade fixtures if necessary, though.
