a question on gravel

I have some cheap plastic rhinestones that I got at the craft store. I glued 2 different colored rhinestones together to create a cool looking one. Oh and I used tacky glue. Is this safe to use as gravel in my betta bowls? I think this will look really cool.

I've saw alot of people use super glue gel! Idk myself just throwing it out
