acclimation process?

K I've herd 2 ways of acclimating fish to my tank both are similar but I wanna not kill fish so lemme know what u like better

1. float bag for 15 min while having to of bag held between hood and tank, keep the little water from LFS in the bag and add 1 cup every 10 min of my tank water till bag is full empty half of water and repeat, then pour fish and bag into bucket and net them into tank

2. Float bag for 15 min with top held between hood and tank, pour out half of LFS water, fill bag 1/2 cup every five min with my tank water, once bag is full don't dump and refill and don't pour into bucket just net into tank from bag


I'm getting fish today now that my levels are safe so input as soon as possible would be super appreciated
