To start off I feel like an idiot for doing this. I was attempting to put oh down in my aquarium water because I had a sudden spike in ph. Stupidly, I added the test solution instead. It was only maybe 5 drops, in my 10 gallon aquarium. How dangerous is this to my pets. I changed the carbon filter already and did a 20% water change. Is there anything else I can do? Is this toxic to my fish. Please help!

I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I would do a 50% water change and add carbon to your filter.. Do another 50% WC tomorrow to be safe. It's a small amount, and Bromothymol Blue (the pH test solution) isn't particularly toxic. Still not good for your fish, either.
