adding to the tank(?)

So I have a(I believe it is a 30G) tank (dimensions=LxWxH=31"x13"x16").The inhabitants are 5 tiger barbs,6 Colombian tetras and a red tail shark.I was just wondering if I could add a pair or single dwarf cichlid??

I will add another hiding thingy so that will lower the aggression.
