Afraid one of my fish may have the dreaded Malawi bloat

The only symptom so far is no appetite and a tendency towards reclusiveness. The stomach does not look distended and no stringy white feces just the lack of appetite. I feed exclusively NLS cichlid formula so I'm a bit disappointed this has happened. I do about 25% water change weekly and all my levels are good. Nitrates around 20.

Any thoughts?

Any pictures ? Could be a female thats holding or just stress

There are no symptoms. He just ain't eating and is somewhat reclusive, although he is more active today. They are all supposed to be males.
