African Cichlid with Discus and Rams?

I have a African Cichlid who is constantly picked on. I had to isolate him because of how bad it got. My other 3 are Malawi's and do just fine together.

Is there any way that I can put him in my 75 gallon with discus, rams, rummys, zebra snails, and ghost shrimp?

Below are before and after pictures. He appears to be a lot more docile than the Malawi.

No he may look beat up but he will eventually reek mayham on everything in that tank, nurse him back to health add some more decor and fish if possible and see if something changes
