african dwarf frogs will eat endlers?

I wouldn't think so. They're too slow and have poor eyesight.

Would they eat them if they could catch them? Absolutely.

Is it likely that they'll be able to and want to catch them? Not so much.

Frogs are usually quite inept hunters. Occasionally you'll get the nimble one, but as long as you keep them well fed by spot feeding them with frozen food then even the most capable hunter of your frogs will tend to opt for the lazy route of letting you bring the food to them ;)

I tap the top of the tank before every feeding session to give them an audio cue to know when it's time for food, which usually results in them flailing over themselves to get front and center for food. Then they're quite happy to let me drop their food in front of them or yank mouthfuls themselves out of the end of the turkey baster. None of my frogs have ever bothered any of my fish (not even the bottom dwelling ones) while I've been using this method.
