Aggressive tiger barb

My tiger barb are nipping at the other fish and themselves which I know is normal but eventually will the other fishes fins in my tank start looking torn up or bad?

what size tank, what fish do you have in the tank and how many of each?

Tank is small going to upgrade I have a baby pleco 3 tiger barb 4 beacon tetra and 2 swordtails.

i hope you plan to upgrade soon, because as of now you are pretty over stocked. also tiger barbs should be kept in numbers of at least 8-10 to calm their aggression, it would be best to take the tiger barbs back as they will continue to nip those other fish to death, and that pleco (what type is it)

Don't have the money for anything(I'm 13) if I wasn't I'd have a different tank but I'm stuck with this and I wanted aggressive fish that wouldn't kill so the tank has life toit(and their aren't that many fish that are aggressive that can fit in a 10)

if so id take it back asap, as they grow up to 12 inches and should be in much much bigger tank.
