Aiptasia?

Hi y'all! I need help identifying this thing..haha! I'm starting to see a few of them in my tank and I'm a little worried. I've already removed 3 of these little buggers. Sorry for the blurry pictures..they were the best I could do.

it is aiptasia...there are lots of forums on here on how to kill them

How are you removing them? If you tear them off the rock it will just make them spread.

I've been removing them with an eye dropper. I'm basically just sucking them up off the glass.

When I suck them out..they kinda look like little brownish jelly fish.

I figured out they are hydroids... :bang head: ...any suggestions?

I'm using aiptasia-x on mine and looks like I'm winning...I'm looking at one in particular that I'm not sure about though. It totally calcified and is a rock hard mushroom ontop of my rock now. Is it dead?

No, not dead...and they swim around. I haven't found any "colonies"
