Aiptasia

I was looking at my zoas today, and noticed a small aiptasia growing on the zoas "stalk?" The zoa's turning white, and I don't know the safest was to remove the aiptasia. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Best methods I have heard are injecting kalk, vinegar, or hot water with a syringe.
