Hi just wondered what you nice people would do. I have a external filter works fine could of been slightly stronger and a rock with hidden air stone for bubbles. But I got thinking of adding the filter that came with the tank for more filteration and it has the bubble thing that you can control, it's a pf3.

Another thing I wanted to know is is it better having the air stone or if you go with adding second filter would you have it totally submerged so it makes the water surface move like I have done with my external filter.

Thanks guys ?

Hi, I'd add the second filter imo for backup. As long as the water surface is moving you could go with your preference on placement.

Thanks m8, I tried the second filter but the noise was to loud. I am saving to buy a new external filter with a uv built in
