I don't know if my two are about to breed, the female is pretty big and they are both scaring off fish that come near. Can anyone give me tips on how to raise these.

If they spawn, there will be eggs stuck to the glass and any plants in the tank. these can be removed to a container for hatching. Once hatched it will take a day or few for the fry to absorb the yolk sac and become free swimming, at which point they need to be fed. Newly hatched baby brine shrimp is the best first food, although microworms will also work and are cheaper and easy to culture.
