Algae? Maybe BBA?

Just trying to confirm my thoughts that this is black beard algae. I know there are many posts on getting rid of BBA, however, any links to threads regarding this would be amazing!

I think the one-two punch is too aggressive of a treatment for small bits of bba. First and foremost, you should address the root cause. Perhaps too much light and not enough carbon (ie. CO2)? Anyways, I find spot treatment with H2O2 to be an effective treatment.

H202 really kicks that stuff out.. i agree the root cause always needs to be addressed first and foremost.
