Is there any gud equipment or tips to get rid of green algae on side of tank? Or shud i just do a water change more often? 1 month at min.

GFO stands for Granular Ferric Oxide. It is a phosphate binding media that removes unbound phosphate from the water column. If can simply be hung in a bag inside the aquarium however this is not very effective and efficient and GFO is best run in a reactor like the one listed above. They are fairly inexpensive.
Algae feeds on nitrates and phosphates, lowering the amount of free phosphate by using GFO will cut down your glass growth, it wont stop it but it will significantly help.
