Alk question

I know water stability is key to a successful reef. My tank has been doing great for about 6 months now. Corals have been growing like crazy. I test weekly for calcium,alk,mag,and all seem stable. Just wondering how much of a swing in alk is acceptable. After WC my alk is 9.9 dkh...One week later just before weekly WC alk is 9.1dkh. Is this ok?

Yep anything less than 1 dkh is usually fine. Once you start seeing it drop over 1 dkh I'd start looking into dosing
