I wanted to hear from those of you with all male tanks about coloring up.
I expect that fish will generally take longer to color up with larger dominant fish present. I have mostly juvinilles. With a few adults. Most of my peacocks showed more colors as fry than they do now. I have an adult Electric Blue hap, so none of the Juvi's show any blue.
What was your experience? Do they eventually color up as they reach adult size? Any suggestions to get fish to color up? At what size did you see your all male tank showing color? Is it possible they will never color up?
