ALSOL NANO: is it really enough?

So i have a 12g aquapod but im looking into possibly changing my nano into a standard 20H tank, Considered an aquaclear filter or a zoo-med mini canister filter stuffed with live rock and carbon for filteration, And also considered either a deepblue 24in quad t5 light fixture or an al sol nano, Would prefer the sol but with the length of the 20h and height, is the al sol enough to support that whole tank? All i have are acans zoas, xeinia and a bunch of colony polyps, looking into a few plate corals and/or frogspawn and stuff like that
