What is this, a new plant(or 3)? If so, how do I plant it?

It looks like it had flowers. Let it grow more and if it grows plants with a few leaves you can clip it off and plant it. Or lay down the stem and plant the stem and new plants where they lay, just cover with substrate a little, and move them later if they grow more roots and you don't want them there.
