Ammonia fishless cycle???

Ammonia states in ingredients-- AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE, SURFACTANT.

WILL THIS KIND WORK????
46 gallon bow front freshwater.

You want pure ammonia, no surfactants. Ace hardware has pure ammonia that works great for cycling. If the ammonia foams when you shake the bottle don't use it!!

That's what is really strange with this ammonia. I shock it and only had normal air bubbles. No foaming at all. :/

Stilll, if it has surfactants in the ingredients, it's no good for fish
