How much ammonia would i need in my 75 gallon to achieve 4 ppm?

There are some good ammonia calculators out there. It's very roughly 1 ml per 10 gallons. Of 10% janitorial grade additive free ammonia.

Or you can convert 75 gallons to milliliters and do the math from there. Keeping in mind the ammonia is probably 90% water 10% ammonia.
