Ammonia question HELP!

I have only been using it for two days. If it works great if not oh well. Something is going on with my tank. Grabbing at straws now.

Ive been reading one of JetJockeys articles on Ammo. The crappy thing is with Cichlids you are at more risk, because with the higher PH and temps the Ammo is more potent. .25 is really the max, then change the water. I will always do a fishless cycle from now on...This sux
