Anemone in hiding?

My green bubble tip anemone that I just received through shipment 2 weeks ago has been hiding under a rock at the back of my tank for a about a week now! Why is he doing this? Im thinking the lighting might have be a little too strong? I have a ten gal. With the T5 16W x 4. Two daylights and two actinic blue lights and they also bring 4 small LED lights that we turn on an leave on only at night. We did take out one of the daylight (10000k) lights out. So now its running on 1 day light and 2 blue lights.. How long should my lights be on? Do you think this is my issue??

Yea that could b a lot of light for a 10 gallon. My light are only on for 10hrs then blus the rest of the day. The anemone will find a place when its read y and set its foot down
