anemone issues, pics and details inside

can you tell how can i tell if is in distress or is not doing well?? i have 4 turbo snails , 2 goppies, 2 star fish, 2 horshoecrabs , 2 clowns and 1 green coral.and the , what i assume is the anemone mouth is kinda swollen , is that a normal thing , last nite one of my clown was all inside of its mouth!!

pls tell me and it looks like it shrinked a little bit and also is a crab on it as well
and i bought it 2 days ago , kept it bag 30 min then place it on the floor of the tank , (crashed coral) and she been staying there , didnt moved , got it from petco, i know wasnt the smartest move but i had to start somewhere . thx

It looks a little stressed with it's mouth gaping opened like that. How big is the tank, since carpet amenones get huge?
What, exactly, are your water parameters and what kind of lighting do you have?

i have 75 gal, ocean sun and coral sun t5 48 inch long,lasy time i check the param were exactly where they suppose , dont remeber the numbers ill get it checked again today soon the place open. but after i gave it some shrimp is blooming again to full scale

With nems, when you feed them food that is too large for them they then have a difficult time expelling it afterwards. That is probably the issue you are running into.

It is a carpet nem. I have one just about like it.
